Service Producure

Fill the online application form by clicking the link https://cova.mfa.gov.cn/qzCoCommonController.do?show&pageId=index&locale=zh_CN, send the form to us for review by your application ID and passport, or PDF review pages before submitting. Our Email: unitedhopeusa@gmail.com ; Tel.: .
Mail us the required documents, and email us the delivery info for following tracking; or you can drop off the documents to our office in Houston: Suite 301, 5757 Flewellen Oaks Lane, Fulshear, TX 77441.
After confirming your documents are complete, we will submit your documents to the consulate in Washington DC, and after visa is granted, we will pick it up and mail it back to you, or inform you by phone to collect in our office.

Documents Needed for Chinese Visa

Below are basic documents required for your Chinese visa application:

Chinese visa application form (signed original, sign on both the confirmation page and page 8)
Your original passport (valid for at least 6 months, with blank visa pages)
A copy of the photo page of your passport
One photo (2x2, color, similar to passport photo (optional but recommended)
copy of last Chinese visa + copy of last US passport photo page.
If you have an old passport with a VALID (unexpired) Chinese visa, please also bring the old one (original).
Copy of local driver's license
If you (previously Chinese citizen, covering Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan) apply for Chinese visa for the first time, please provide:
a). Original Chinese passport ( returned after being cancelled) + a copy of the photo page of the passport
b). Copy of citizenship certificate
c). Copy of any name change document if changed before
d) Statement of Lose or Expiration of original Chinese passport
If you(previously Chinese citizen, covering Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan) applied for Chinese visa before:
Please write down your Chinese name, the original Chinese passport number and ID number in 1.6H of the application form manually
Invitation letter + inviter's ID copy or flight ticket + hotel booking confirmation letter
For family based visa Q1, S1, S2, provide proof of kinship (marriage license, birth certificate or Hukou). Do not need to provide for visa (L) or Q2.
Where you stay form (signed original)
If you hold a non-US passport, please provide documents proving your legal status in USA.

申请中国签证所需文件材料

基本申请材料

中国签证申请表及确认页（签字原件，申请表确认页与第8页都要签字）
护照原件（至少还有6个月有效期，且有空白签证页）。
护照姓名照片页的复印件。
正面免冠照一张（彩色，6个月内，2x2英寸，与在线提交的一致）。
最后一次中国签证复印件及有该签证的外国护照复印件
如果旧护照上有未过期的中国签证，请将旧护照原件一起寄来。
驾照（正面）复印件
原中国公民（含港澳台）第一次申请中国签证，请提供：
a). 原中国护照原件（注销后会退还）+ 两份照片资料页复印件
b). Citizenship certificate复印件
c). 更改姓名者，请提供改名的相关文件的复印件
d). 原中国护照遗失、过期的声明
原中国公民（含港澳台）以前申请过中国签证：
请将中文名字，原中国护照号码，身份证号码手写在申请表1.6H处。
“邀请函+邀请人身份证复印件”或者“机票+旅馆”。
居留类签证，如Q1，S1，S2，请提供亲属关系证明（出生证，结婚证，户口等）；短期探亲（Q2）与旅游（L）不需要。
申请人在美声明表（签字原件）。
非美国公民需提供在美合法身份文件。
